This is definitely one of the better places to stay! Rooms are always great and beds are too. The staff and bellhop's do a great job going out of their way to help. Also convenient to everywhere downtown

This was my 30th visit this year - am a regular visitor here and come almost every week. Never thought I'd giving s review but if j am to sum up this hotel in a nutshell, I would say - Very average hotel. All US Marriott folks need to visit their India properties to understand what service really is. It starts from the very entry - there is someone to take the luggage to my room, here there was none; breakfast had hardly any options - it's supposedly a 5 star property, where was Asian food? We checked in on Saturday. Check in was a breeze. We came back after the wedding we attended and they forgot to put any kleenex in the bathroom. Everything else was perfect. View was terrific.

Everything exceeded expectations. The staff was amazing, great food and service at both restaurants and lobby bar. Loved the lounge. First rate gym. Perfect.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! We were told 4 different prices the day before we were supposed to arrive for a convention. Once we got there we were then charged FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS for PARKING!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!!! We are a small school that cant afford surprise charges like that! We will NEVER EVER be back.
