It was good to be back home in Indiana where Hoosier Hospitality is like no other. Our experience at JW Marriott was perfect. Kudos to Michael who checked us in Saturday.

Tonight my family came from Chicago and Louisville to Osteria Pronto celebrate my 22nd birthday AND my graduation from college. Not only was this the worst service we have ever had, but nothing was done in honor of what we were celebrating. We told them when we made the reservation and then again the waiter. Nothing, not even a congratulations. The waiter had to be constantly reminded of everything, including refilling our waters. My first time in Indianapolis and the staff at JW Marriott were excellent. Only complaint was the difficulty I had getting my room to the right temperature - I absolutely froze during my stay. However, staff tried hard to help, room was excellent, Executive Lounge was superb and the restaurants I tried couldn't have been better. Well done JW Marriott!!

We stayed here for the Indy Mini, which was my first time staying here. The staff was helpful and friendly, check-in was a breeze. My biggest complaint is the cost to park your car and no free wifi. Overall our experience was good.

For parking options on weekends there is the government garage which is attached via sky walk. Regarding wifi, we do follow Marriott standards so there is consistency within the brand.
