Recommended5 stars is not enough, a million would not be either! We had a small emergency situation following a Girl Scout campout at Victory Field. Jennifer Moore and Jonathan Clabaugh and staff went out of their way to assist us! Security was well aware that we were distressed before we ever approached them. We were offered food, drinks, and even crafts! The staff went well out of their way to occupy the girls while I panickly try to fix the situation. We checked out The Velocity restaurant here. The mound of nachos was a sight to see (quite tasty too I might add) and the Burger was amazing!

Very beautiful place. Only thing that was not great was the food. Not everyone eats pork so gravy without Sausage would be nice. The eggs were so salty I couldn't eat them. But other than the food I would stay there again.

This was the most beautiful and relaxing stay I've ever had in a hotel! The staff treated me with endless kindness and all the food and drink I ordered throughout the hotel was lovely. Some people are upset that the parking is $40 and the wifi is a surcharge, but personally I wasn't because I believe it's the kind of hotel that if you can't afford to spend $40 for parking you shouldn't be staying there. We had an amazing stay here. Celebrated a bachelorette party/birthday here for one of my best friends and the staff was very friendly and even sent a complimentary bottle of champagne.

I was just visiting Indy and eating at Fridays. JW MARRIOTT staff was friendly asked if they could help me. When I told them what I was looking for they pointed me where I needed to go, they also welcomed me to Indy and wanted me to have a great day. I was not a guest but what service and warm staff
