Beautiful hotel in the middle of Indy. Staff was fabulous and didn't even blink when I checked in looking like I just spent 12 hours on a plane (cuz I did). The only thing that would have made my stay perfect would have been if there was a curfew for kids at the pool. It's impossible to relax in the hot tub with kids screaming, splashing and bouncing back and forth from the pool to the hot tub.
Standard rooms have no refrigerators or microwaves. I was contacted by the front desk saying maintenance would be coming to fix our AC, and they did not. Housekeeping busted in on me while I was asleep without knocking. And $43 a day to self park: ridiculous!! Will not stay here again.

Regarding refrigerators, this is not currently a JW brand standard; however, we have several units on property and deliver them upon request. Again, we appreciate your constructive feedback and hope you will one day give us a chance to regain your confidence.
The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was pleasant to work with. Location is close within walking distance to some incredible dining. Beautiful city and would recommend staying

Every year since you've been open we've come to you for GenCon and stayed at your hotel. GenCon is a madhouse but the staff does a good job of keeping on top of things and ensuring that things stay looking good. You offer a wonderful breakfast in the executive/concierge lounge not sure what it is called. All in all every year you'd made it a wonderful stay

This is the second time we've stayed here for a convention. They put us in the wrong room type when we first checked in but this was fixed. Then they threw away Casey's leftover toast from Patachou. It's a nice hotel that I would recommend but there are a few minor kinks now and then.

We attended my husband's Vietnam Nam Helicopter Pilot reunion which was held here. The staff were amazing. Our room was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay in the Marriott and the city of Indianapolis!
Amazing view from 29th floor Amazing shower with extra jets Fast elevators Parking was pricey, expected higher end finishes in lobby and rooms for the price. Lobby bar lounge furniture uncomfortable and looks worn. All hotel staff were nice and friendly.
