This is the best hotel in the Midwest, bar none. Large rooms , great location and superb service not only for me, but for the entire event hosted here. I did not hear anything but rave reviews from all our participants. The conference facilities and the support on these have been much appreciated by all presenters, making it a worry free event. On the personal side, the service on the Concierge 31st floor has been always with a smile.

We came with a group with over 60 rooms and really wanted to stay at the JW Marriott for our event as we did in the previous year where we had a great experience. We as a group this year experienced some of the rudest and incompetent wait staff. Several of our families were treated poorly as if we were annoying waitstaff to purchase food and drinks. Awesome place. I recomend it. Great staff and convenience to downtown Indianapolis makes it a great choice when staying there.
Nice hotel, helpful staff, bustling sports bar and a more elegant lobby bar as well. Centrally located with a fairly easy walk to nearby restaurants and shopping.

Awesome hotel and convenient in location. I would give it 5 stars but parking is way too expensive. We ended up parking in the garage connected for $20 less/night. Staff is excellent.
Nice and clean the event space was roomy and staff were very professional.
