Room was great. Nice concierge level when it is not packed. Service was terrible.

Excellent property! And... Exceptional service! Very friendly, professional, and courteous staff. Rooms are well appointed, clean, and well maintained. Property also has excellent facilities for conferences and is ideally located in downtown Indianapolis.
Unfortunately the stay was not a 5 star experience. It all started with the bellman yelling at some tean girls and being frustrated with the day. Rightfully so however his frustration took away from the JW experience I had hoped for. Next the bars were way understaffed and the bar team would not connect with you. Either because they were overwhelmed or stressed out. Our stay felt more like what you would expect from a Fairfield not a JW
We booked our room for3/17/18 in Oct of 2017. Now we get an email an hour before we leave that you are overbooked? Sorry.... why were we bumped? No one else booked after us... we booked here because it was highly recommended. Guess the jokes on us

First time staying here & I was very impressed. Staff was extremely helpful, room & view were amazing & restaurant was fabulous.
So nice, clean and kid friendly. Nice staff. Great food, too!
We had a wonderful stay and I can’t say enough about how attentive the staff was. When we arrived the front desk staff couldn’t be nicer or more welcoming and then we were upgraded to the executive suite which was such a wonderful surprise given we were only in town for an early TV interview for our new clothing line BeCandylicious. Couldn’t find a comfortable temperature, the bed was hard, the floor was sticky on my feet. And I really didn’t like the blank phone call that woke me up at 3am. I was not a fan and I hope in the future we do not book with you for our events.
