I like the room and the service is excellent. I stay here because of the pool and hot tub early. The last 3 times the area has been closed. I figured out yesterday why. They were putting shock in at 7 a.m. why open up at 6 a.m. then put shock in and close. There has to be a better way. ****15 minutes later they fixed my issue ****
Wonderful as always. The coffee in the morning..... was not great (AgileIndy conference), but in the afternoon, it was back to it's awesomeness.
2142 corner room was fantastic for Mini Marathon Plus we got to see the INDY baseball team game right from our room! Then fireworks!! Fantastic Everyone welcoming Executive Lounge very nice with great views Thank you JW
Excellent experience at the JW Marriott. They were super attentive to fix something that was not right and went out of their way to fix it and make good. Thank you to the front desk and technical staff.

Had a great stay at the JW this past week for the AONE in Indianapolis. The staff was accessible and welcoming, the hotel was first rate and I was very impressed with the workout facility ( so often exercise facilities are lacking evening great hotels ). Highly recommend!!!!
