We had a great experience! All were very kind & helpful! Indianapolis is a great city! & I’ve always had great experience with Marriot!
This hotel was absolutely gorgeous...if u can get a room on a higher floor I totally recommend the view!! We were on the 22nd floor && the view was breathtaking!!! We chose this hotel not only for location but they accepted our service puppies that were in training!! The staff was absolutely wonderful & we did not meet one rude person there! Beautiful hotel and great location! Only complaint would be that hotel guests have to pay full price to park in hotel garage. No discount at all.
I’m so ANGRY with the JW Marriott. I am a breastfeeding mom of a 3 month old little boy. I am in Indianapolis for a convention and I was so apprehensive about leaving my little man. I called ahead 3 different times in regards to accommodations for nursing/pumping moms and the staff made me feel so much better I was offered a fridge for my room and that if needed they could freeze my milk while I was there. We love stopping in before the ballgame- always fun. But just looked at my receipt- 27.00 for 2 glasses of wine??

I have to say I travel a lot and I am a Marriott rewards member & this was the most enjoyable stay l have ever had. From the moment I walked in the service was top notch and carried on throughout the week. Thank you JW Indy for the exceptional experience. I was in for a conference #WEC18 and will be back for sure.
