High quality hotel and a high quality experience.
RecommendedWe decided on an overnight stay to celebrate our 26th Anniversary, and it was a good choice! We were upgraded to a corner room on the 26th floor with views of the city on one side and white river on the other at check-in after mentioning we were celebrating our anniversary :) Great staff, beautiful hotel.
The staff is always warm and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful. And the view is unbeatable! We LOVE coming here!

We checked in an hour ago. We are still waiting in the lobby for our room. Just us, and dozens of football fans, who are also waiting to get their rooms. Do you read the college football schedule in advance? Can you not staff to accommodate this situation? I have never had this experience in any hotel anywhere. You're making Indianapolis look sub-par.
