Nice hotel. Highly recommend staying there. Had a room overlooking Victory Field.
The people that worked there were awesome. Shout out to Lexis at Velocity she was awesome to our customers and us. Next is Mike, sweet as can be and helpful. Lori was our server for breakfast buffet, treated us with the utmost respect. Sandra, the lady making our omelette, she was so nice to us all. Love this place. Great location, great rooms and accommodations!
A pretty nice hotel. All the ice machines are way down on the second floor, but the beds are comfy. The bar is ridiculously expensive, almost to the point of parody. $14 for an Old Fashioned? Okay. Glad for the expense account!
Outstanding customer service! Through online booking and a confirmed call, we added another day to our stay. For some reason it didn't show in the system when we went to check in. We were quickly accommodated (seconds) despite the system error. Andrea, at the front desk, handled it professionally. She assured us that we will have our room for the booked amount of stays. Was only there overnight and it was amazing! Spoiled from start to finish!
This hotel looks very nice and the staff are polite, but unfortunately that is all they have to offer. The staff are not well trained. If you call and ask questions ahead of time, be assured, the information will more than likely be wrong. Some of the bad information will be just a nuisance, but others will cost you money. Customer service is more than putting on a smile and being polite. You have to know your job in order to serve the customer properly.
