is really poor costumer services, don't have responsibility with costumer time, he make appointment with us between 8 to 12 on Monday July 13 the technician never call me and let me know what time is show up, i call the store so many time when his answer 12:15 let me know the technician is late, lack of responsibility with costumers time i can't believe the company like satellite give the costumer treatment like that, also on 12:30 a receive phone call of his tech, "they said i am out side for change o glass" hi never said i... read more

I have used Safelite before, without issue, but this time the experience was bad enough to get me to write a negative review. I scheduled replacement of my windshield the first time for June 22. Safelite showed up with the wrong glass. They removed my windshield, further cracking it, then put it back in when they realized they had the wrong glass. Now the car is not usable. No big deal, rescheduled for June 25th. They show up June 25th but do not have all the seals needed to install new glass, so they reschedule for July 10t... read more

Made and appointment and they didn’t even show up. I took time of from work and they didn’t have the decency to cancel or anything. I was waiting like a dummy. I tried calling and couldn’t get thru. Don’t ever use this company.

I think I'm on my sixth visit and the "repair" still hasn't been done correctly. Now they are not responding to my inquiries about a refund. I've used them before several times with no issues, but the mobile techs they have sending either are trying to do the least amount of work possible, or do not know what they are doing...either way....my windshield install is defective and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. First attempt at fixing my passenger window on my brand new truck, they ordered the wrong glass after I was explicit on the model and year of the truck. Furthermore, I'm the one who picked up on this error the morning of there repair date, had to reschedule. Second attempt, they called that morning to tell me the window was in Baltimore, 2 states away and we'd have to reschedule again for the following week. Horrible service ...dropped off car at allotted time for windshield repair and was told pick up time. 6-7 hours later went to pick up vehicle IT HAD NOT EVEN BEEN TOUCHED!!! Response from technician was “ we will get to it when we get to it.” the commercial is VERY misleading of how accommodating and friendly safe lite service is.

Received an invoice from Safelite stating that if I did not pay the invoice within 10 days, they would send the bill to collections. I called the number listed on the notice and no one answered. Instead it referred me to an email address from which no one has responded... I'd like to pay my bill, but if no one will answer the phone, that is quite difficult.

Safelite installed a Rear Window four months later while parked in a parking lot the ENTIRE REAR WINDOW EXPLODED... (while i was in car).....Safelite explained that it was my fault the window randomly exploded for no reason and refused to even send a Tech out to inspect thier installation or reason behind thier windows Exploding. Safelite sucks!

WOW!! Went online this morning to set up an appt for windshield replacement, was able to schedule an appt for this morning at 10 a.m. I arrived on time, gave them my info and was promptly informed that they don't stock windshields and I would have to reschedule!! Your website allowed me to make the appt, AND charged the credit card IMMEDIATELY!! The lady at the desk was ok with a customer walking out the door!! We have used Safelite many times and this will be THE LAST time we use them.
