Safelite made a mess of the lane departure and radar systems in the windshield. They could not get them to operate after the windshield replacement and they told me to drive it for a few days and it would fix itself. What rubbish. Their incompetence cost me $700 at the Toyota dealer who took most of the day to figure out what Safelite had done to the system. They have refused to acknowledge any fault on their part. Windshield chipped 3 weeks after replacement. They claim to have a warranty but state this is not covered. They would like to charge me to repair a three week old windshield. I will take my business elsewhere and suggest that you do the same

Horrible service. Zero stars.They cancelled my appt night before after sched 2 weeks in advance. No explanation for the cancelation, could not guarantee they wouldn't cancel my next appointment. WTH? Went to West Coast Auto Glass instead.

The person installed a new window but did not make sure the seal was in place around my window. Why did he not see it? It is their job to make sure it is done right. I found it right off when I looked.

Horrible Customer Service. Difficult to speak to a human. Unreliable! I visited the Franklin,Ma shop. The gentleman in the shop was rude. He stated he had no time to talk to me and i should book my appointment on line. After doing so they ordered the wrong year windshield. The following week day of the appoint I received a canceled text notification, They stated the new windshield came in broken and had to order a windshield. I scheduled an appointment on August 3rd to replace the drive’s side window and regulator. The technician called me the morning of my appointment (Sat August 8th) to tell me the parts hadn’t been ordered and that I would receive a callback. Why not order the parts when I scheduled the appointment? I did not get a callback and cannot get a live person on the line at your toll fee number. Safelite did me a solid. Above average service. It's been a year since my driver side window replacement and their work is still going strong. Great looking guys, clean and very comfortable environment. I M Cleveland Ohio

Horrible. I don’t know why this place is still allowed to operate. Installed the wrong windshield on my car and now refuses to fix it without me paying out of pocket. No driver assist features will work on my car now, would rather have driven around with a chipped windshield. Their technicians also lied about calibrating the windshield and told me to just drive it around and it should work soon. Avoid this place.
