They are the worst. Scheduled windshield replacement more than a week ahead of time. Came exactly at 10 AM in the morning of the service. Left the car, spend $30 on uber home and obviously back to them. TWO hours later received the phone call from them telling me that the part is defective and they are not able to service my car today. This is RIDICULOUS!!! NEVER AGAIN I WILL USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!

This is a horrible company to associate with they came out to do a quarter-inch chip repair in my windshield and turned it into a 4-in crack because of negligence on the technicians. They gave me their BS loophole out of being responsible for making a mistake and now I have to pay almost $300 for a windshield because they screwed up mine. Nashua, NH Safelite Auto Glass Dropped my truck off Thursday Night December 2, 2020 for an 8am appointment on December 3, 2020 to have my rear window replaced through my Instance Company. they called me around 1:30Pm (1330) saying they can't remove my back seats from my truck. I scheduled a safelite repair of two chips in my windshield. After calling the number and being hung up on many times by the automated service, I was finally able to schedule a repair for them to come to my work, only it was almost a week later. I scheduled this from 8am-12pm. The guy calls and said it will actually be from 12-2pm. Finally he shows up at 3pm. After 45 minutes of him with my car he calls to say he's done. How this establishment is still standing is beyond me. After a whole week of doing research on the appropriate part number and booking an appointment with this shop - only available slot was 8AM on a Friday - I show up at the scheduled time only to hear the technician contradicting every single piece of information I was informed by the safelite staff. 1-) the replacement windshield was not available at the location. 2-) they dont do any job that requires recalibration, 3-) the discount code applied by the lady who booked my... read more

Total fraud !! Setup an online appointment for a glass replacement with no camera calibration for vehicle- got an all day 8-5pm appointment, called at noon to confirm time for tech, customer service cancelled my appointment becuase I did not want to buy the add on service --total bait and switch !! Go somewhere else- many other good choices available - They were extremely rude pushy and just threw the phone down - after declinig the add-on service $300 more !!!

I purchased a repair of a tiny (2 mm at most) chip in my windshield. Before agreeing to the repair I was NOT given in verbal or written form any information about the fact that the repair may cause the crack to open further and require a new windshield. If I knew this damage could happen, I would have never agreed to the repair. Within a week of the work, my chip had transformed into a larger crack requiring a new windshield, which is not possible with authentic parts in my case. I am sorry that I am forced to give 1 star. Due to the monopoly of glass installation companies trained to install glass on advanced cars I was forced to choose Safelite. For the second time, my glass has been installed improperly. This experience has been the worst though. The first time I showed up, after an hour of the 4 hour installation they told me the glass was defective and they would call me when they receive the glass, but never called. 3 weeks later driving with a broken class I make an appointment and get it "fix... read more

Safelite came to my house to replace my windshield because a pebble cracked it. We had a heavy rain that evening and when I got into my car the next morning it was soaked! I called them right away and they came back out to reseal it. The next time it rained my drivers seat, floor, ceiling, door and steering wheel We’re sealed again!
