I made an appointment to get my windshield replaced on 3/5 between 12 and 5. At approximately 5 minutes to 5 I received a call from "Kyle" that he had just received my work order and picked up the glass. He said he knew it was after my appointment time, but that he could be there in 30 minutes. I had to go, but told him my husband would be home and I took his car to my job. Found a crack across my windshield out of nowhere and knew Safelite should have a replacement in stock. So I went through the online process of getting a quote and scheduling. Quote was $380 before taxes and disposal fees. Seemed high, but I had to get it done. Dropped my car off the next morning before they open. While I'm waiting for an estimated finish time, my husband happens to go through the quote process online again for a price breakdown. Now the quote is $140 cheaper! Not satisified with the "unfinished" work Safelite performed in replacing the windshield on our 2020 Ford F150. The work order included recalibration to enable the safety features of the vehicle once the windsheld was replaced. The technician Zach, replaced the windshield and told us recalibration is not necessary. We got an email from Safelite reminding us to be sure to do the recalibration to enable the safety features. Two technicians came out to replace my windshield on 1/30/21 from the Oakland Park Ft. Lauderdale office. Both Marlon and Matthew were super professional and very nice guys. They did a thorough job and were kind enough to answer my questions about the process as they were taking the broken windshield out and putting the new one in. Excellent service and they were both very nice, which is such a pleasure these days. Highly recommended!

I am extremely displeased with the customer service provided after my windshield was replaced. I called them to report that my blinkers, brake lights, and horn stopped working. It took about a week of playing phone tag before I was told I should bring my car to a mechanic to determine the cause. My car was at the repair shop for 10 days; they checked the fuses ($50) and then performed an electrical diagnosis ($99). Waited 1.5 hrs for my scheduled appointment. I had to verify my own benefits. After thatong wait was told "Oh sorry, they forgot to put your windshield on the truck from the warehouse." Peoria ,AZ location. WASTE OF TIME. Went with Veterans Auto Glass instead.
Showed up for first appointment and did nothing claiming wrong glass but told his company it was a multi man job. Second appointment no show, no call. Cannot reach customer service PERSON on any phone number. Windshield break has traveled 30" since first call and is now obstructing view for safe driving. Crap company, crap customer service
Safelite of Corpus Christi installed a new windshield in my Escalade. Because there's a camera in the windshield they said they would need to recalibrate it or my safety features wouldn't work properly. The first time I drove my car after the installation was complete, two alerts came up "Service Driver Assist Program" and "Cruise Control Unavailable."
