Hello, I had a warranty replacement of a windshield 10/29/19 at my residence. After a rain, 2 inches of water accumulated in the car. I dried out the car, garaged it, and took it out of service. Several more appointments did not fix the leaks, and resulted in additional damage to the car. Ultimately a critical car part was lost by Safelite. Stonewalling and delays by Safelite lasted until about 02/19/20 when a replacement part was finally delivered to me. BEWARE!!!!! I just had a tech come out and repair a tiny chip on my windshield! He had me sign a waiver stating its a possibility my windshield can break will fixing the chip. He wouldnt do the repair without me signing the form. 5 minutes into the repair he breaks my windshield and tries charging me $450 for an aftermarket windshield!! I'll NEVER use this service again and people should think twice before using them!!! ** ****** ******* **

My window was broken at work the over all process was great but as a customer waiting for a company to locate a window I personally have to keep contacting Safelite first not the other way around. Annoyed my first appointment was the 22 of January the incident happened on January 8th I have not heard a word from Safelite since the 29th after almost a day of me inquiring about the window.

Absolutely horrendous! Lack of accountability and respect to customer's time. I had to call them 7 times total, 4 to technicians and 3 to appointment hotline, then they eventually transfer me to the "Executive Service" department. That department finally connect me to the service technician manager, who then told me they are too backed up for the day and cannot come. Why wasted 4.5 hours and tell me the truth?! Took new truck in after a rock damaged the windshield to Marietta,GA location. Employee cut interior of truck with knife and cut entire headliner across windshield. Unfortunately, he had no idea what he was doing. Of course, they want to deny damage...no other work has ever been done to this truck. All Photos sent. Will update if any response from Safelite.

Very informal. Doesn't comply with appointment and do not call to reschedule. Super bad service and They're not clear and the staff is completely lost. 1. On October 2019 they ordered my glass witch took over a month and the never called to scheduled the appointment. We had to call. 2. The day they needed to come they emailed us saying the glass broke and they would call when the replacement would come in. 3. Disgusted with this company. I have had to reschedule because my first appointment they were going to be late. My second appointment which the soonest they had available I spent the whole day waiting for the tech to come. At 5:15, which my window for appointment was 12-5. I get a text saying they weren’t coming. This company *****.

This company has incompetent, rude and disrespectful workers! When I called to complain to a manager at the specific store (Walden Ave in Depew NY) she lied to me and misrepresented that Anything would be done to my technician whom I had concerns with and who had also lied about services related issues. She told me she would compensate me which she did not and also said she would give me a lifetime warranty on my windshield which she also did not. Lies and untrustworthy!!! Beware! Depew N.Y - try ******!
