How does this company have a high bbb rating?! Their lifetime warranty is a joke! Horrible customer service. I had the original windshield replaced in my 2006 Chevy Silverado in May 2017. Now the window does not defrost while you are driving. It is garaged so does not have frost at first. I tried to explain we only drive this vehicle occasionally to pull trailers and only a few times it has been on a day with freezing fog/weather since installation. We scheduled an appointment for October the 4th to replace our drivers side glass window on our Expedition. The technician removed our original glass and put in a defective glass (which had a milky streak running through it) provided by your company, which my husband refused to pay for. As the technician was leaving, he actually came back to our door and said, “Oh by the way, there is no glass in your driver’s side. It is against the law for me to put it back in. (Not true!) Just awful!!! AWFUL!! This includes the corporate office and the Martinez, GA location. DO NOT let them touch your vehicle. The location in Martinez, GA broke a piece in the front of my vehicle and they claimed they didn't do it. It wasn't broken before they replaced the windshield on my car. I had to end up paying for the piece myself. Plus they put a low-rate windshield in my vehicle, and it looked like I was looking through a coke bottle. So last week we had to replace a passenger window in my wifes 2017 Charger it was $449 total to replace it. Over the weekend someone tried to break into my wife's car and broke both the drivers side and passenger side windows to replace both this week it was $489 when I looked at the part cost the same window last week was $300 and this week $170. I set up my appointment online for the Dothan location. I live 90 mins always from the in store service location. After making this long drive to the store, I was told my 10am appointment was double booked and I would need to wait an additional couple of hours on top of the couple of hours needed to make my repair. My time is my most valuable asset. So without adequate notice of the double booking I no choice but to leave without service. EXTREMELY UPSET with JN Phillips Auto Glass. My Yukon was in pristine condition minus a small crack in the windshield when I called two weeks ago. They came and replaced it, then there was a horrible noise like window was open when I was on the highway, and my windshield washer sprayers stopped working. Had a mobile windshield installed for my **** ********. On last Friday I called my insurance company who connected me to the glass company's 800 number scheduling center to schedule a replacement appointment. The person I spoke to said the soonest appointment would be in 5 days(the following Wednesday). I waited for the whole week and finally got a call saying they ordered the windshield instead of back window for my car!!! During the time, no one gave me a call for the update and I had to call in myself several times to make the appointment. And finally the technician arrived at my house and found out he got the wrong part!!!!!How irresponsible they are! I was trying to reach the office but no one answered the phone.
