I am a customer of ********************** and I can tell you that I will NEVER use them again from their customer ********************** to their incompetent service technicians it took seven calls and three to four appointment change requests to get it right. No one has time to be on the phone this long due to incompetence Im so disgusted

I tried 20 plus numbers to talk to a human to get a price on a windshield and got animated response!!!!!! I know a lot of people that dont have a smartphone or a computer so how are they to get a price if you cant get a live person to talk to? I have never been so agervated in my life. We are a growing company the has a pretty good size fleet that know is looking for another company to take our business to!!! Do not trust this company. They are scam artists. They won't show up and they won't repair your windshield. They will tell your insurance company that they did though. I am not sure how they are still in business using tactics like this. Complete scam.

Scheduled an appointment with Safelite Auto Glass in *******, ** three weeks ago to fix a less than 6" chip in my windshield. The repair caused a crack and the windshield needed to be replaced. I was going on a trip for 2.5 weeks and scheduled a repair at that time for the day after my return. I drove to ******* this morning only to find out that they did not have the windshield, and did not know when the truck with the replacement would arrive. Made an appointment with safelite on 07/22/2021 for a repair on my **** jaguar's front windshield that needed to be replaced. Got 2 confirmations on that day for the repair to be done on 07/29/2021 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Got multiple texts from them during the week including one on 07/28/2021 stating that the techs name was**** and he would be arriving at the scheduled time, also received another text from them saying that if I wanted to input my c/c information now it would save time on the service date. I had an appt scheduled with Safelite for 7/21/21 sometime during the **** hours. They never showed up, never called & I could not reach a human on the phone. I finally started using the Chat on their website & after waiting for an hour, my chat person didn't have a reason for why they didn't show up & said she would send message to the ******** would hear from them first thing this *********** have yet to hear from them.

Had my windshield replaced about 2 months ago and after several times of taking it back to the Oxford location, it is still leaking water. My car is full of mold and they refuse to have it cleaned. Not that it would make a difference because the windshield is still leaking water. Horrible company. Hard to work with and communication is like pulling teeth.

I called Safelite to replace my cracked windshield. After navigating the many options of the automated system, finally got a human voice to confirm my insurance information, vehicle model, date and time of service (Which was set for a week later)... Round One: On the date of service the technician shows with the wrong windshield... I went to safelite to let them take a look a my cracked windshield. I needed a new windshield because of the way the two cracks ran across it. Well that was all well and good, but they were going to charge me over $1,000 to replace it. My insurance company would only cover less than half. Anyway I did not have this kind of money.
