Geico sent me to Safelite and I absolutely cannot believe the blurry, wavy, cheap piece of c*** windshield they put in my brand new truck. It is now too dangerous to even drive. I can't believe they get away with this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

A simple chip and these people made the problem worse. They made the chip bigger. The worst part was that I tried to trade in my car and they ding me for that. Completely ruined everything for me. I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone. They dont even fix chips they just prevent from getting bigger. What a joke of a business they need to updated their service and stated they dont actually repair the window chips. Just stop it from getting bigger.
Satelite can't do the job they advertise by replacing the windshield for your vehicle.
This company is a total disaster. They installed a windshield in our **** Fiesta & once the tech completed the installation he left & called me to inform me the installation was finished. I went to check out the ***************** & I was so upset. The windshield had scratches all over & the tech covered part of the Vin number with the black adhesive used to install the windshield. On August 2021 I took my car to one of the shops for a windshield replacement. I was happy that the job got done very quickly. So I went pick up the car, so I got in the car I adjust the rear view mirror and noticed it was loose but I diced to drive away thinking it just needed a s**** to be tightened and could do it when got home, once I got home I never checked it again. I had a windshield chip "repaired" by Safelite. Their ad on television shows a chip being repaired using a vacuum pump which pulls all of the air out of the chip so that a resin can be injected into the chip hiding it from all but a very discerning eye. I called 1(877) # and a woman answered. She does not listen and does not know her job. Wanted to make an appt. for crack repair. Advised the agent that I was at work and did not have policy #; if she looked up mu phone # the information will pop up. Couldn't do that needed my info first.
