My Drivers side window was broken in April 2021. Had windshield replaced on my **** **** Explorer Windshield wiper cowling was broken during the installation. Installer said he would order a replacement part and come back and install. Waited 3 months and attempted to call customer service. There is no direct phone line to the local company. Phone message always said customer service was not available at this time and to email company. Technician was rude management was to call me today no phone call
We got a chip fixed in windshield. Although repaired, it is still noticeable
I bought a new Gorilla glass brand windshield, I was told that it was almost indestructible and won't chip or crack. 11 days later it has 2 chips and a crack. They refused to honor their warranty, now telling me it doesn't have a warranty. Will lied to me when he sold me this product as it isn't as they advertise it to be. The manager was rude and had an I don't care ***** to be you attitude. This kind of service is inexcusable but they got paid so what do they care.
If I could give this company NO STARS I would. Their customer service experience is terrible - perhaps the worst ever - and they know it. It's impossible to talk to a human on the phone after service. They have created the illusion of good service through their advertising but I suspect their repeat business and/or recommendations to prospective customers is next to zero. NEVER AGAIN
Completed my order online for windshield replacement on my truck and had a $25 coupon applied to my order. When technician showed up, he was only there long enough to access the interior of my truck before realizing he didn't have the correct windshield. I wasn't happy because I had already adjusted my schedule to accommodate this appointment. He said he would have the correct windshield in a day or two and I scheduled a new install date.
