The Safelite warranty does not exist. Please go to another business for your repair needs! I had my rear window and passenger rear window repaired at Safelites Astoria, ** location. I had the police come and make a police report, as well as take pictures and have a few neighbor witnesses that the glass in my vehicle was still in tact and did not shatter. I had my car broken into almost a month ago we spy for safe life insurance it took them almost a month toooo get my windows fixed kept rescheduling kept lying about have the windows or not .. it was a horrible experience..

Deceptive pricing saying you have a $60 promotional discount code that does not work. Price originally quoted (via THEIR email) was $309.99 for my windshield but when I tried to schedule the work the price breakdown or "agreed upon price" (which I didn't agree to!!) was $379.98. Would give them a minus number if I could. A HUGE WAST OF MY TIME!!!!

Made an appointment yesterday 1/6/22 for today 1/7/22 for a small windshield repair. Todays snow had been forecasted. Informed online booking I had garage. I received confirmation (robotic) that a technician was coming. I tried calling safelite that is in my city, to make sure they could park on the street but was only able to get canned responses. Then, 15 minutes after my 8a-12pm window a representative called to say they were not coming. I will now use another service.

Took 4 1/2 months for Safelite, ************ ** to get the correct size windshield for my 2017 ******* Manager told me and wrote down hed take $50 off my deductible the second time I was there, the third time there said hed take $60 off my deductible. The 4th time there (today) the windshield was replaced. The manager told me the system wouldnt allow him to take the $60 off. What a pathetic excuse for professionalism. They want over $500 for a real window in my **** GMC Yukon that's not the issue what the problem is they want a Clean up and disposal fee?? The back glass doesn't have any adhesivea! Nothing to dispose of if I keep the little plastic handle that was on the glass and throw it away myself, the big issue is I tried to set up a appointment and they won't come to me I have to take the vehicle out of the garage and drive over 30 miles them to get it fixed!? I have never received better service for an auto repair before! I brought my camaro in for the back window to be fixed. It's a convertible, so not the easiest job for the techs. ****** was my point of contact and she was great! Very responsive, understanding, and helpful. I couldn't go through insurance, so she really helped me with my final ****. The techs finished the job way sooner than I expected and my window is now in perfect condition. I can't say enough good things about this place! Thank you, Safelite!!!!

I waited all day for my appointment, no technician ever arrived, I called to check the status, it was stated a technician arrived at 1, this was inaccurate, as I was waiting patiently all day by the door. as well as 2 others being home, I called back and was put on hold till after 5pm, at this time the location was closed, I was not helped ,communicated with and lost a day of wages . what is the point of scheduling appointments if this armature sloppy treatment is what youl get - 5 stars

Don't waste your time. I do not recommend using Safelite for windshield replacement on cars, they really **** at it and will likely damage your car like they done to my personal vehicle.
