We had a brief (in a good way) experience with Cathy. We had just started looking at homes and my husband came home from work with one he knew I would HAVE to look at. It had just gone on the market a few hours before. We called Cathy 5 minutes later and she immediately booked us an appointment on a weeknight way later than she should have been working! We could not be more pleased with the Janice Rosenberg team! What a great group of professionals! Our house was sold in only 9 days and although we had a few stressful moments with inspectors, they helped calm our nerves every step of the way. We were kept up to date daily and our phone calls were answered the same day. We knew the moment Janice stepped into our house that she and her team were top notch real estate professionals! We turned to Janice after we had a horrible, terrible, awful, disastrous experience with one of those new internet-based fly-by-night realtors. We thought the Raleigh market and our midtown neighborhood were so hot that it didn't matter which realtor we used - the house would sell itself. Well, we were wrong. Those other realtors didn't assign us an agent, they used local contractors for various parts of the job. Cathy is an excellent realtor. She was always flexible with when and where we wanted to view houses, and she gave us her honest opinions throughout the homebuying process. She was also extremely helpful when we made the offer, providing quick and constructive feedback. She truly went above and beyond in communicating with the seller and us, even on nights and weekends.
