Janice is very honest and upfront. She does what she says she's going to do and does so with respect and pride. I felt like I was the only house she was selling....always available and willing to listen. Janice and her team are experts at what they do and are extremely thorough. I only wish I had gone with her from the beginning!

Janice's team made selling my home so much easier than I thought possible. All the fix up work, painting, electrical, etc. were all handled while I was away for three weeks. I came home, they listed the home, and I received several offers within three days. I heartily recommend Janice and her team if you have a real estate need!

Susie was absolutely great to work with. .She was very familiar with the various neighborhoods we visited. We were unsure of the type or location since were moving from 90 miles away. She found several varying locations to offer us choices. She helped us find the most perfect area to call home. Susie and her entire team handled the buying process very efficiently.
