We bought our house with Janice's team, and so it was a quick decision to call her when I was transferred out of state. They took care of everything, kept us up to date, and got the best deal for us. We closed on time, thanks to Janice and Franklin.

Janice and her team helped us sell our home. Her whole team was amazing to work with. Janice's knowledge of the home market in Raleigh helped us know what to do to prep our home for sale. She has a vast array of local contractors that helped us with the work we needed to get done on the home. Cathy is one of the best!! And I sincerely mean that. She knows the ends and outs of our area better than some locals! Every process we entered, from finding a lot to choosing a floor plan and all of the upgrades, Cathy was with us providing very insightful information.
