I worked with Kim Hunt, from Janice's team for the purchase of my first home. She was wonderful! Kim was quick to book showings, was there to hold my hand through the process when the offer was made, and was a pleasure to work with. Franklin, my closing agent, was also amazing. He negotiated with the sellers and the results far exceeded my expectations. Franklin's demeanor kept me calm when things got scary and he had great advice. I would work with Janice's team any time I have another real estate purchase or sale.

Sharp/Quick/Professional - Helped us "out of town" folks quickly sell deceased father's property in Raleigh. She had a thorough analysis done over the weekend within about 36 hours and promptly met with us, after we got to town. Within a few days, literally, we had a buyer at a fair price. Her wonderful team (shout out to Franklin!) expertly guided us through the process, including accepting an offer and doing closing while out-of-town. Janice Rosenberg and her team are top notch. They helped us find our perfect home and made the process go smoothly even though there were challenges. It wasn't challenges from them but from the other side. They were so kind and considerate through the whole process. They made us feel like friends instead of clients. We really enjoyed the process with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home.

This is by far the most professional team I have ever worked with on a real estate sale. I was extremely impressed with how they managed every stage of the process while keeping me informed if/when needed. The home needed non-trivial rehab work before listing and Janice's team coordinated all of it very efficiently. I highly recommend Janice and her team.

Janice took the lead in finding a buyer for my MIL's home...where she had been living for 60 years. She negotiated sale "as is" which enabled MIL to realize proceeds sufficient for her to transition to assisted living facility. Janice and team were very sensitive to the dynamics and emotion associated with moving a long term home owner. They ensured maximum flexibility on timing and other aspects of the contract which provided peace of mind and eased the transition.
