We were buying a home For Sale by Owner. The market was hot and homes were selling before they went on the market. Lori knew we wanted this house as It was in the perfect location for us and had been having a hard time finding something. It was impressive to see Lori in action negotiating with the seller and pushing this big guy to make a decision while we were all standing in the kitchen!! Janice Rosenberg was my seller's agent, and sold our big expensive house (with a commute), when others did not. She's awesome, as is everyone on her team. Kim Hunt was my buyer's agent for my fourth home. She's awesome, as is everyone on Janice Rosenberg's team. Kim is patient and fun to work with - she helped me figure out and find what I actually needed and wanted, v.s. what I initially thought. She points out both positives and potential negatives when viewing homes, to help you figure out what matters to you. Lori was a great help to us as we built our new house. She kept us and the builder on schedule, kept detailed notes and asked questions that we never thought about. She was also a huge help during the design process , helping me with all selections. She was there for the final walk through and made sure that all items were completed . During closing, she was in constant contact to make sure things went smoothly . We highly recommend Lori as a buyers agent and the Janice Rosenberg Team. We love our new house!

Lori was awesome! This was my first experience buying a home and she was always there to answer any question I had. We looked at existing homes and I ended up buying a new build. For anyone thinking you don't need an agent for a new build, I will disagree. Lori was extremely helpful working with the builder all through the process. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a house and I will absolutely be a repeat customer if I ever move. Thanks Lori!

We recently worked with Lori when looking to purchase our first home. As new home buyers, in an aggressive seller's market in Raleigh, we were a bit overwhelmed with the entire process.
