I could not have found a more professional team of people to have handled the sale of my Mother’s home when it came time during the closing of her estate. Living out of state made it a bit more difficult and I was concerned I would not have the needed support to see to the details. Janice and her team were true professionals and wonderful to work with as well! She not only was extremely helpful in everything relating to the listing on the sale of the home, but she helped my mom, who is moving into assisted living, with downsizing her home and getting it ready for sale. Janice & her Team especially Franklin did a WONDERFUL job. I was kept abreast of what was happening with the house showings & and the offers submitted.
