Janice and her team are top notch, and let me tell you, Janice knows what she is talking about! Her local knowledge is incredible, and her experience is very obvious when it comes to knowing the market and preparing her sellers. She had our home sold in 24 hours, above asking! Her closing coordinator, Franklin, was also a pleasure to work with, and made the final (potentially sticky) part of the process as smooth as possible. We HIGHLY recommend Janice and her team!

Would never use anyone but Janice and her team. From the get go it was hands on personal attention and she would listen to my craziness and support me. She fought for things we wanted. And after she made the sale, her closer Franklin was very attentive letting us know each and every step that would happen and what we needed to do. I never felt unsure or left alone. Can't ask for a better team. Used Janice & team to both sell & buy, will be recommending them for a long time. Had interviewed other referral agents, no one came close to the professionalism and knowledge Janice showed. Was completely taken care of, did everything an agent should and more.

Our house was on the market with another agency for six months. After that contract ended, Janice and team listed our home and we had a binding offer in four days.
