Janice and her team went over and beyond in helping me sell my home. She is very knowledgeable about the Triangle area and the markets within the area. Franklin is awesome at handling the whole closing process and made it so simple for me since I am now living in another state. I cannot imagine that there is a better team out there. Janice Rosenberg is not only the name and face of this team she is a key part of everything they do. Janice Rosenberg Team was really helpful guiding us through the process of selling our home and building a new one. Things had changed a lot since we sold our last home. Janice is really patient, no pressure. They made the closing process very easy, and worked in our best interest.

Janice is a rock star and her team were all excellent! We had a tremendous amount of interest and sold our home after three days on market. Our buyers agent, Kendahl, was a joy to work with and helped us find a home in our price range that was more perfect than we had thought possible. Franklin, our closing manager, was attentive and communicative and ensured we understood each part of the legal process.
