We have been nothing but 100% pleased with Janice and her whole team. They are there every step of the way on the buying end and the selling end. They are obviously all very experienced and knowledgeable about the business as well as the Raleigh and surrounding areas. They offered helpful advice when it came to listing our home, as well as finding the perfect home for our family to move in to! We feel like we have gained friends through the experience and I would gladly refer them to anyone looking!

Janice and her team are AWESOME! If we had a question, they were able to answer it right away. They were always very quick to respond to our emails, texts, phone calls. We even had questions following our closing. They were just as responsive after closing as they were prior to closing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Janice and her team were incredibly helpful. She followed up with me every week as well as called all my showing each week to find out more about why they didnt make an offer. My house was listed for only 6 weeks which i think is pretty great considering the time of year i was trying to sell.

I worked with Kendahl M. for over a year. She is so kind and generous with her expertise. She helps you find what is right for you and your family with ease and flexibility. I have never emailed her and not gotten a response. I have never text her and had to wait for days for a response. I have never seen her and there wasn't a smile on her face. Janice and her team were fabulous! Three offers in the first week! So professional and knowledgeable. Sold in one week for less than 3% of asking price! Highly recommended.
We will definately recommend team Janice. They were very knowledgable of the market and we were able to close on the house within 106 days. Every step was very easy and they were very quick to get back to us with any questions we had. We did have to counter several times but they were with us every step of the way. They definately are a 5 star group.
