I couldn't have asked for a better real estate team to guide me through my first home buying experience. Janice and her team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process from identifying prospective homes all the way through closing and moving in. Janice's knowledge of the Raleigh area and the real estate market in general are second to none and were invaluable in making sure I made the best investment possible.

I wouldn't choose anyone else but Janice or her team to help me sell or buy a home! As a first time home buyer, Janice and her team made the process very easy for me including negotiating items from the builder without my request, but for my behalf. Amazing team!

I've known Janice for a lot of years and she is truly a real estate professional. She knows the local market and what it takes to properly represent a property for sale. She is also top notch when it comes to finding the right property for a client looking for a new residence. You cannot find a real estate professional who is more dedicated to finding the right solution for whatever your needs are.

IT was my first house i had ever bought, I had gone through 2 other realtors before I came upon Janice. She listened -she found exactly what i wanted and it came down to two different houses - but it was all about location for me. When i went to sell that same house she had helped me buy - she made sure everything was perfect and I had the house set up to sell. Needless to say the house was on the market for i believe less than a day and I had a bid placed and I sold it. Janice and her team are fabulous!!!
