I have worked with Janice Rosenberg and her excellent team several times over the years, including the process of selling a house and buying new houses for both parties after a painful divorce. Someone originally referred me to her when I moved to NC from NY almost 15 years ago. In the years that have passed, I have used her services buying and selling faithfully and have no intention of using anyone else. She is honest, fair, and I trust her implicitly.

I was throughly impressed with the Janice Rosenberg team. We worked very closely with her buyer's agent, Kendahl McIntyre. Kendahl was very active in searching for homes that fit our requirements. She was also willing to offer her honest opinions, which we greatly valued. As we drew near to closing, an unforeseen cost of several hundred dollars came up.
