Janice did not help me but helped my daughter which is even more important. She listened to what she wanted and found her a great house. It didn't stop there she and her team guided her through the entire process and made her experience great.

Janice really knows what's going on in the market. She has a tried and true process to selling a house. My partner and I were wow'ed at how put together her approach is at knowing the market, the comps and the process to setting a house up to sell quickly and at high price. Janice and team helped us through the selling and purchasing process. We sold our townhouse in a very challenging market (and area) while going against new townhouses from the builder. Janice's team helped us get the house staged and then got the house on the market. It took a bit of time for the house to sell, and then once it did sell, there were some issues with out buyer. She provided several trips in the Cary area to view homes for consideration prior to our moving here from Silver Spring, MD. When we decided to buy in Carolina Preserve she represented our interests during the price, lot selection, & negotiation sessions w/the builder.
