We decided to move to a senior living community in the summer of 2011. We called Janice for assistance in selling our home in west Raleigh, and within several weeks, we had a purchase contract. Considering market conditions at the time, we were very pleased. In 2007 Janice had sold our previous home in north Raleigh within several days. She is well connected, and very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. Senior living is working well for us, and the prompt sale of our previous home was helpful in our transition.

Janice has been my realtor for two home purchases and a home sale. Her team are professional and patient. She stuck with me when I was looking for my first home which was not an easy process. When I decided to sell and get something bigger for my growing family, her marketing expertise and ability to price my home correctly enabled me to get it under contract in less than a week. Janice really works for the customer and gets you in a home that you love but have good resale options.

Janice and her team are AWESOME! With her guidance I staged my home for maximum "wow factor" and within two days of it being on market, it was under contract. Janice and her team know how to price right, what kinds of upgrades will help sell fast, and are internet savvy. They 'get' email, they 'get' texting, and they 'get' electronic signatures. I would love to see Janice and the team make more effective use of Twitter.

Janice, Kendahl, and Chris helped us search for, find, and purchase our home in North Raleigh. Kendahl took several weekends to help us search for homes in the area. I was 7 months pregnant when we started looking for homes and ended up having some complications. Kendahl and Janice were extremely understanding and patient as my medical issues caused us to cancel at the last minute more than once. As soon as I signed the contract, I relaxed! Janice & team were very professional throughout the entire process. I received daily updates! My house was sold within the first week of listing!!
