I am trying to find a way to write this review so it is believable; the reason being is Irene Misretta and the Janice Rosenberg team is so wonderful I am afraid my review will look made up! To start from the beginning – my husband and I relocated from Baltimore to Raleigh in July 2014. We enjoyed working with the Rosenberg Team. They are professional, kind and know the Raleigh area well. They went out of their way to fit into our schedule when taking photos, measuring and doing an awesome job to put our house on the market. The team was accessible and responsive. They made us feel like we were their only client; answering questions in a timely manner. We were kept informed during the whole process. Superb service and advice from start to finish with buying and selling our homes. Janice has listed and sold 2 of my homes and helped me buy 3 homes over the past ten years. Her team is expert at what they do and provide advice and insight that make the whole process much less daunting.

I didn't give Janice Rosenberg much to work with as I had to sell my house as-is, but she said she would be able to sell it, and that she did. I found her whole team to be professional and made the process of preparing the home for selling as simple as possible. Thank you Janice Rosenberg.

If I could, I would give Janice and her team a 10. To say I was beyond happy would still be an understatement. Irene Mistretta was a true god sent, she not only made buying a home out of state possible, but she made it one of the most pleasureable experiences I've ever encountered. She was trusting, humble, knowledgeable, and just a down right great person. Janice and her team had my house sold in 2 weeks. I was surprised because my last 2 houses took over a year to sell. Janice and her team are a well oiled machine. They have a very efficient process that gets your house ready to sell, sets the proper selling price, gets showings and keeps you informed of feedback about your house. I appreciate the time and care Janice took with us up front to prepare us to sell a house we really loved. Thank so much Janice and team!

Irene was our agent throughout with buying process. She was extremely patient, professional, thorough and extremely personal throughout the entire journey. Even though we saw approximately 20 homes and even entered the offer process on 4 total homes, Irene was always available to us and stood for us. I can't say enough good things about this team. I've used them twice now to buy a house and it's been just great. I worked with Irene as my Buyers Agent and Chris for all the closing details. They are the most responsive people I've ever worked with and will work tirelessly to accommodate your schedule. They made everything fun and easy.
