She and her team are fabulous! I have bought 2 houses with her and sold one of them. My parents bought a home with them too. They are professional, gave excellent advice, helped me negotiate along the way and did their research to protect my interests. I will never have another agent. I can't say enough good things!

I had my house on the market with an agent from another company for 6 months with no results. When I relisted with Janice, the difference was night and day. Janice is extremely communicative all along the way. I would highly recommend Janice to anyone, and I have already, as a matter of fact!

Janice is very, very responsive and has been in the business a long time. She knows a lot of people and has a lot of knowledge on the area, particularly north Raleigh. We've bought 3 houses with her help.

We worked with Janice to sell one house and buy another one. Her team was nothing but fantastic! Janice was exactly on the mark about how to price, stage and market our home. Unfortunately during the sell/purchase one of our children becausem sick and was hospitalized for several days. Janice's team was so caring and did all they could to minimize our stress. We couldn't have done it without them! They made the entire process easy and pleasant. The next time we sell/buy a home, it will be with Janice without a doubt!

We were first time home buyers and found Janice to be extremely friendly and BEYOND knowledgeable, she took the time to answer all of our questions and made our home buying experience a lot less intimidating! She even took the time after the sale to ensure that the builder followed through with contractual agreements made, that kind of help is priceless!
