I've just read these reviews on Janice and her team and I only wish my communication skills were even more impressive than theirs before me. We have been with Janice through a move from San Diego, CA to Raleigh then from Wake Co to Granville Co and lastly to Hassentree. Our last house sold but if it wasn't for Janice I seriously doubt it would of ever happened. The buyers were new/inexperienced and unfortunately had a very inept realtor representing them. Janice came highly recommended from a friend of mine and I was totally amazed at her real estate talent.
