Kim Hunt with the agency was absolutely phenomenal! She helped me every step of the way and met with the builder when I could not. Cathy spent a decent amount of time with me in my initial phone call to find out my likes and dislikes. She asked what my top budget was as well. As she sent me homes she asked what specifically I didn't like about them to narrow field down. Once I arrived from NJ to look at homes we narrowed down to, I was able to find my forever home that I fell in love with when I walked in.
