Janice, Nancy, Franklin and the whole Janice Rosenberg team were beyond amazing! They helped us purchase our dream home, after working with us for over a year while we changed our mind and were back and forth on where we wanted to live. Nancy was incredibly responsive and toured us in anything we sent her to at a moments notice. My wife and I interviewed 3 relators to sell our house, all 3 had been recommended. Kitty just "mopped the floor" of her competition, her presentation was impressive, revealing her knowledge of the market, she out worked the other realtors and earned our business. We can’t thank Janice Rosenberg, and her expert Team, enough for selling our town home under such difficult circumstances! I don't even know where to start with Susie, there are too many great things about her. From the very beginning of our search she made us feel so calm and comfortable, she was 100% looking out for our best interest. I had the most fantastic time buying my first house with Susie's help.
