Kitty was very professional and very smart. She asked a lot of questions. She then went and studied each room twice over and then she studied our large lot and landscaping. She set up professionals to go over house and lot. She then sat down with us, asked what we wanted for property and what we needed to do. She really listened to my husband and me.
