Susie stood up for us as new home buyers. She did real estate duties that were above and beyond what I had expected. The best part is that she knew to look for things that we were ignorant of. I'll surely come back to her or another team member with Janice whenever we sell our home... but hopefully not any time soon!

We wholeheartedly recommend the Janice Rosenberg Team to anyone selling or buying a home. Living in Western North Carolina and trying to sell our home in Raleigh for over a year was not fun. We interviewed so many realtors, hearing the same initial speech, and finally just wanted to move forward having the house on the market for four months with one realtor and over six months with another.
