Have worked with Janice multiple times and will again. The level of detail she puts into the listing and availability to answer questions along the way is tremendous. Further, her knowledge of the area and contractors to help tie up loose ends makes the process very easy for the seller. Would highly recommend.

I’ve heard some bad stories about buying a home but Sarah made my experience fun. From the beginning she let me know that her team was strong and though I have never met them in person I feel like I have. Being a 1st time homebuyer I was super nervous because I didn’t know much and not to mention it’s 2020 and we were in the middle of a global pandemic. Working with Janice was a great experience. She was absolutely spot-on with helping us prepare our house for sale and when to go on the market. The house was ready and 3 offers within 48 hours, with some above asking price - and the house sold quickly. When issues came up - she handled them well in the negotiations.
