Janice Rosenberg is an outstanding real estate agent professional who was committed to selling our home and did so expeditiously. It’s easy to list a home but it’s not easy to pick up a phone and follow up with every buyers agent who shows their clients your home, which Janice did over and over to get the deal won. I was very impressed with Janice and her team in the closing of our home and will continue to use her for our future real estate needs.

This was the second time we worked with Janice. The market was tough but following their advice made it sell. The showings were tough for us but the sellers of our new house offered us a rent to closing deal that made it easier.

Kitty was very kind, knowledgeable, hard working and alway available for questions. She is very educated on all real estate matters with lots of real world experience. Unlike other agents I’ve worked with in the past, Kitty does not want to just sell you a house, she wants to sell you a great house. Susie was a blessing to our family as we tried to find and buy a home from out-of-state. She spent extra time to take pictures and FaceTime us so we could "see" houses from afar. There are many reasons why I would not hesitate to recommend Janice Rosenberg and her team to represent me or my family members. Janice is extremely attentive and communicative throughout the process of buying and selling your home. We recently did a new build and had TONS of issues. We continue to deal with these issues well after we closed, but yet, Janice is still wanting to be involved to help get resolutions to our issues. She also, helped getting us our what i thought would be our ceiling on the sale of our home. Simply put, Janice is the best. You won't be disappointed.
