This business debit card is a scam and is dysfunctional. They way they conduct business is not of good service. I can not activate or review my debit card account associated to this business for the receiving of my FEDERAL and STATE tax returns. I think they should be held accountable in regards to federal and state related circulation of tax monies. Whoever allowed this company to operate and whoever uses it is a fool. Please investigate. This business bites! Can get no help to activate card. It has been over a week and all numbers provided get me nowhere! Doing my taxes was very easy and I appreciate that. Getting my card activated so I can get to my money has been extremely horrendous! I have messaged and called everyone! Told by each group to go to the other one as the card is not theirs! Then WHOSE is it????

Did my 2019 taxes with them. Recieved my pre paid debit card but it **** not allow me to activate. They give you a number to a automated recording with no options to help you out. Still trying to get ahold of a real person

I have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years. No matter. Very rude woman told me the same thing over and over talking to me like I was a fool. The IRS held my refund even after issue was resolved saying they cannot hold it after April 23rd. The deducted their fees from my checking account because they are so greedy they couldn't wait 20 days. Covid-19 has put a financial stress on my family and they did not care. I have been a Quickbooks customer since the late 1990's. I'm a small business owner and freelancer and have enjoyed using this product because of the ease of use and other amenities. And it's been a reliable product. However, yesterday I encountered a virtual hijacking of my accounts online by Intuit, locking out all my accounts and forcing me to call tech support to get into the software. I tried to get my XXXX XXXX, I thought it would be a fast and easy process but after awhile i found out that they wont let you download your 1040s unless you buy that years subscription. So in short the few years i did go with Turbo Tax those 1040s are lost unless i buy into their subscription. I will not be returning back to them and i think you shouldn't either unless you want to always be in a loop of paying for a subscription if you want your documents back.
