This company is a joke! The lines of business don't communicate with each other and you receive contradictory information constantly! I paid for premium payroll because I am a new business and wanted to make sure I was filing everything correctly and I got a notice in the mail that they didn't file CA unemployment. I downgraded my payroll to basic (core) because the premium was not worth the money. Every time I contacted them with an issue, they passed ** off to a different rep and they gave me different information than the... read more

A note to 1099 contractors or new small business owners: When you submit your first invoice for payment (likely the most stressful time for a new business owner) there are a few things you should be aware of. If you make more money than Intuit determines you are capable of making, based on the past 6 months of bank statements (for a new 1099 contractor or small business you will not have this much history) they will HOLD YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE. It will take several weeks for them to let you know there is a problem, and another s... read more

Hard to tell if this is Intuit, who OWNS Quickbooks. There are so many different names to hide their identify for support or to answer any questions. Horrible, then they debit your bank account, and try to call someone to call and talk to. Impossible, by design. I would call them a slick company hiding behind so many names. They took $299. out of my bank account 9/20/20, for what? I purchased Quickbooks Pro 2020 with 3 years of user access, its all in the very, small, tiny print, again hiding behind what you are purchasing. ... read more

Intuit, along with FinWise Bank took it upon themselves to run my credit for a loan I did not request. I opened an email from Intuit and all the sudden I'm having my credit run. This should be illegal. It's placing another negative hit on my credit that I'm working hard to rebuild. Very unprofessional companies that I will never use going forward.

TurboxTax is no help to the self employed. I tried to file with them, and they waited 4 months to tell me that my taxes were rejected. Called twice to "fix" the problem, and was rejected twice more. Finally had to run off my own taxes, and send via USPS to file. TurboTax will not give a refund because it is beyond 60 days (NOTE: they took over 90 days to tell me of the problem) but will give me free for next year. No thanks! I discourage anyone self employed to NEVER use TurboTax.

Quickbooks Support is frustrating. Sent file off to Data Service Repair on the 13th. To this day I do not have a fully repaired file. Service reps will not call back, will not inform of progress. Maybe the worst customer service to this day that I've encountered. And this is with Platinum level support. I had to escalate the ticket to get any information from technicians. And even then, they did not work on the file. We're going on 18 days of dealing with support trying to get our company file repaired. I enjoy the product, ... read more

0 stars is what I would like to give this company. I signed up for one of their subscription based programs and I was charged when I could not even access my account in order to cancel the subscription myself. It's a digital age I love to do things on my own, I don't need to or want to go through the hassles of phone calls and operators but I had too, why? Because Intuit's customer service is trash and so is their online help.

Our small business used Intuit software, Quickbooks, with success. We also use Intuit Merch services for processing customer payments. Recently we had multiple customers use the online payment services to process their payments to us. The customer made their payments on time and payments cleared the customers accounts. We never received the funds on our end. Intuit never contact our company to state there was an issue. We had to jump through many chat conversations and phone calls before being told that Intuit was HOLDING th... read more
