Without notice this company gave my account to Credit Karma without consent. The fact that they have no way to contact them directly is unacceptable. Things are difficult and companies like Intuit who play around with what little we have is disgraceful. TurboTax is a scam. They bait you with free Tax Return processing and then slam you with charges when you need to file. This is an awful corporation.

I will never use this company to file taxes again. Instead of taking personal responsibility, they will point fingers at everyone else. Myself and millions of other Americans won't get the second round of the stimulus check due to their laziness and incompetency all because they had our checks sent to the wrong bank account. I am in the process of joining a class action lawsuit against them for other reasons. I will file taxes with another business and end my 8-year relationship with them.

Turbotax uses hidden fees to rip off their customers. Tax filings which are advertised as free or $10 end up costing $80 because Turbotax forces customers to sign up for services they don't need or want.

This company is the only one not handling the issues with the second stimulus checks efficiently. We have been customers for many years but will never come back again.

Terrible customer service I keep getting hung up on! I did what they told me to do prior to my calls was because they closed my account without telling me! Then told me to call the irs my money is there with turbo tax they just need to open my account and they are being extremely difficult and hanging up or ending the chats when I seek help I even went as far as emailing the president of turbo tax just to be told to call the number that I've been calling and got hung up on 4 out of the 5 times I've called.

overcharged messed up my taxes and my reund last year. also both of my stimulus checks are tangled up in their horrible system...They have price gouged and taken people's money hostage!

As if 2020 was not bad enough, Intuit ******** put the nail in the coffin by denying so many of their customers, including myself, their 2019 Tax Refunds and the second round of COVID-19 stimulus checks. With no help from the company and no word from them on fixing this issue, I hope that Turbo Tax is able to get all of these tax-paying U.S. citizens their money, and then I hope the company promptly disintegrates and never recovers. We have used Intuit's TurboTax software for our federal and state taxes for 6 years. After receiving a state refund of 5K + for 2019, we subsequently received a state tax bill for more than 9K. After investigating the matter, we found that TurboTax made a costly calculation error on our state taxes. We have been able to provide evidence of the calculation error that reduced our state tax bill to @4200.00.
