completed the information in TT on 2/9/20. Was charged $190.00. This message popped up for the final filing: "The IRS hasn't finalized one or more of your forms. Once forms are finalized, you will be able to access this section." They said it would be available on 2/18/20. When accessing the account 9 days later, the new date for this form is 2/25/20. When asking what is going on for the delay, they are blamed the IRS. Yet, going to the IRS page, that form is available. I paid my money, I want the service. No where was I war... read more

Spoke with 4 of what TurboTax calls experts to resolve problem of software not allowing me to file. They created more problems. I chose to call their support number with over an hours wait. Still no answers.

They filled my federal return even after I had unchecked the box to file it. I called immediately and hey told me I had to wait and amend my return then fix it. So I lost over $200 in my return and then they charged me $120 to file it. They processed something without consent and could care less.

I have had Turbo Tax a few years. This year they dropped my account unknowingly to me after I had processed my taxes and charged me $170 for Federal, $50 for State and $40 for refund processing??? I asked at the beginning and I was told $90.00 That was the advertisement as well. I tried calling and I spoke with Jessica who asked if I had online help when I questioned the pricing with her? DO NOT USE the Quickbooks Full Service Payroll. Any mistakes they make, they charge you money to correct. We had to pay to have our W2's corrected after they issued them incorrectly. Because we were on full service payroll we did not get the opportunity to review them before they were issued. So this company seems to think it is ethical to charge you for their mistakes. The fees are astronomical too, more than quadruple the rate the IRS charges for corrections on W2's.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced and additionally a greedy lucrative company. Ask them why they do it. Employees don't say their names or employee ID on the phone when handling your sensitive information. The representative I spoke to wouldn't even let me speak to a manager that could actually speak English. This is the last time I trust those idiots with anything

This company has ZERO customer service. I have cancelled/closed my account numerous times in the last year and a half. I'm ready to hire a lawyer and file suit against Intuit for absolute failure to help the customer. First I'm heading to company headquarters in MountainView, to try to get help in person, then I will sue.....

If there were negative stars... This company charges your credit card for this that and the other beyond their subscription. Their Payroll abilities are flawed at best anyway. There are better companies to do business with for accounting software. Don't waste your time on their glitchy software that screws you over an a regular basis.

They completely misrepresent the services they offer. They outsource all services to foreign workers who are untrained and don't understand tax law for the USA.
