Terrible product agents don't know what they are talking about . I have been on the phone since X-XX-XXXX discussing my requesting a refund on a product that i was told buy to continue my filing taxes and it still didn't work then was told that it wasn't the right product to buy another product. I will never use turbo tax again. Now waiting for my refund for this product which again was on the phone again.... Frustrating. Stay away from turbo tax !!!!!!!!!

I have used turbo tax for years with no issues, but this year have been a nightmare!!! The changed the forms which screwed up our taxes. The live help is a crock of BULL!!! you cannot talk to anyone to correct anything! Save your money, time, and frustration and go to a real tax preparer!!!!!! Our charitable donations was put in the wrong place and messed up the whole return. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BOOTLEG TAX SERVICES AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Is there no way to give 0 stars? My tax preparer send an invite to use Intuit Link to upload tax documents however after three days of trying to access (including numerous password ******** any attempt now results "Account services unavailable. Please try again later". Trying to navigate the customer support is an endless loop. At the bottom of each sign-in page, there is a "Contact Support" which only leads you to a web page with products, none of which list "Intuit Link". There is an 800 number when dialed also only lists... read more

Horrible customer service. Finally got in touch with someone to only have them tell me I have to pay $79 to help with INSTALLATION of a service I pay monthly for. Garbage

The Intuit Quickbooks support staff creates a worse customer experience than the cable company. I am the treasurer of a homeowner's association, and eight years ago, a previous treasurer chose Quickbooks to manage our association's finances. Two years ago, a new treasurer switched our management to a different product (Quickbooks was never designed for HOAs, and isn't a good fit), but he couldn't figure out how to cancel our subscription, so it sat there, and we continued to pay for it each month (I should have seen this fo... read more

Strong-armed into paying deluxe for employer required 401K deduction. Won't let me file free even after trying because my company has a 401k matched contribution plan. Only added $86 to my total refund and their deluxe is $60. If I didn't have the money I wouldnt be able to use turbotax at all, and I've been using it for 7 years. If you want to use your return to pay, it's another $40, which is more than the entire deduction I would receive. Quickbooks is a huge letdown. Sent the link info to my CPA several times and he cant sign in. He said this is happening to several of his clients. And I learned for a friend in another state she is having the same issue. Now I am delayed in filing taxes. Have sent multiple requests for help to QB customer service and no response. Horrible organization!

AT THE VERY END OF PREPARING MY TAXES I THOUGHT I WOULD EFILE, WELL GUESS WHAT? TURBO TAX CHARGES A $40 FEE FOR FEDERAL AND A $25 FEE FOR STATE TAXES, THIS WAS NEVER MENTIONED UNTIL THE VERY END, TOO LATE TO BACK OUT. THIS WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

I have been using turbotax for the last few years and usually have just a W2 and 1099 INT. This year I also had some 1099B and K1 forms, and they couldnt handle it- this was my worst experience ever- never again-I had 3 K1s and I ended up filling 2 of them since they were self explanatory- the third one needed a little bit of work and was beyond me- clearly it was beyond them too- 5 tax experts couldnt help with this and wasted my whole Monday (3/8/2021) - multiple calls and still missing information- finally the last guy sa... read more
