Never do your taxes on-line. Was charged $190 when I could have purchased a CD for $49 instead. With CD you get 1 state free but on-line was charged $50 each for 2 states. Will never repeat this mistake again.

They made a mistake, blamed me for it and still charged me over 300$ Used full service was told it would be 7-10days and done. 16 days later I had to call bc my expert was not responding to my messages Filed taxes-great 3 weeks later still not hearing anything and call. The routing and account number put it was wrong and my money was being sent to somewhere else. I (ME!) had to call 2 banks multiple times, the state of Delaware multiple times, the state of missouri and the irs to have them now send me a paper check in 4-6 mo... read more

Intuit needs to be closed down! They take consumers' money in SALES and then HIDE so that they never have to do customer support on their products that have many glitches and are a continual problem. They will gladly provide a SALES phone # (they want your money) but once they have your money, you will never find a customer support ph# or a contact in order to complain and get resolution. THEY ARE A SCAMMING COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used TurboTax since 2010. Besides the effort to upsell more and more it has been a reliable product and for the most part I have been a happy customer. However, Their Grey Font is impossible to read these days and they do not allow you to configure it. I am posting this here as they don't allow me to ask about it or make a comment about it on their customer service page. TurboTax couldn't be worse. They made a mistake not including some tax credits that I was eligible for and the result was that I paid thousands of dollars more in taxes than I should have! And they don't even provide contact info so you can get through to them to get their product refund that they promise. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Intuit Turbotax emailed me the following: "Your federal tax return (Online submitted by Turbo tax) WAS REJECTED. This happens from time to time, but we're here to help. We'll walk you through updating and e-filing your return every step of the way." I was unable to fix anything, and it took me over 3 hours to figure out how to print the Fed tax return which I mailed in myself. I tried to use their support, and it was completely useless. I went online this year. I was convinced to pay the up fee rather than using the fee portion of the site. Mostly because I figured I'd send my information and pay XXX-XXX for their services. After they completed my service they said 200.00 fee. I was never told of the up charge and have a copy of the text apologizing but not correcting this. It robbery. I wasted precious time! I used Turbotax for my taxes. I was charged $125 for a easy no fuss Head of household, 1 dependant. I had arranged for direct deposit, not only did it take 6 weeks but my taxes were wrong by $500.

Intuit is a company acting and charging like a corrupt entity, they sold me self employed simple service for under $10 a month after just two months they change it to $26 and higher without any notice. this is corrupt business and you should not leave your CC info with them because later you have no control over their scam practices.
