Bad company! I got both stimulus checks in 2020 from the COVID-19 Relief act and I entered that into the TurboTax Deluxe Software as YES I received both stimulus checks and their records showed that I did receive both. I was expecting $872 back on my Federal taxes and it's a good thing I have savings unlike a lot of other people who lost their homes and businesses, because I wasn't completely depending on that amount back, but it would have been nice to supplement everything. I filed with them after H&R block became a hassle and they were good for 2 years. now i'm disabled and filed to get the Rebate credit because i did not get the EIP2. I didn't have to file and would not have filed if I had known that I wouldn't have gotten anything back and that I would owe them almost 150$ for their services because a business I owned ended with a -1$ balance. Paytrust customer service is good at getting back to you right away, but instead of correcting a problem, they cause even more problems. Turbo Tax has proven to not help the consumer as a company values over the last 15 years. this is the first year 2021 that I can say I am very shocked at the lack of professionalism form this company. I do not understand how you charging for a product that you advertise is free. Turbo Tax is now using this third part Tax Products PE3 which may have it own fee. Worst company to deal with, I was on the phone with several representatives who promised me follow ups to no avail, as a business owner I've spent precious hours just being on the phone with people who do nothing but keep me on hold to solve an issue that was caused by them(which is still not resolved). I filed my 2020 taxes for the first time using Turbo Tax online. Now I can't log back in to my account to see where my refund is. I filed back in February. I paid to have my 2019 taxes transmitted and I found out through the IRS site that they never received my return. I called Turbo Tax three times and they disconnected the call twice and hung up on me the third time.! The absolute worse customer service!. They love to take your money - but give no customer service! I have used Turbo Tax for, at least, 20 years. Never a problem until this year. The IRS accepted my return on February 13, according to TurboTax. I called the IRS approximately 3 weeks ago and was told that TurboTax has been sending incorrect information on the 2021 tax returns with the stimulus payment and all taxes that have the deduction are being audited. They have stolen a total of 410.00 for tax filing fees even after they agreed I shouldn't have been charged and they told me that they indeed refunded my money and sent painting to my bank I still have yet to receive one penny they have lied and stole my money I have case number and email stating they refunded moneys do to my bank but I never have. Received it I have the proof
