After e-filing, I was in the process of a credit card payment for taxes owed when I was shunted to Credit Karma and could not return to complete payment. The first help person (Tina) was not only unhelpful but rude, the second (Alejandra) tried her best, could not resolve and I was shunted to J.Michael who seemed knowledgeable but could not determine if the cc payment had gone through and could not return me to the pay section of my account to complete pay by cc. Intuit Turbotax charged me $25 for a 2020 CA State tax e-file that was repeatedly rejected. They are impossible to contact and I can't get my money back. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and am awaiting the outcome. Intuiit has zero customer service.

NO STARS..... TURBO TAX IS NOT FREE AS THE ADVERTISED THEY CHARGED ME 250.00 I ONLY MADE 24,000.00 AND AM GETTING BACK 1123.00 BUT THEN THEY TAKE OUT THE 250.00 AND WELL ITS NOT FREE.. PLEASE STOP THESE PEOPLE IT IS AWFUL .. SHUT THEM DOWN THEY HAVE STOLD MONEY FROM MILLIONS.

Can't comment on their tax program but as a company they are horrible to deal with! Try contacting anyone if you have a problem...good luck!

Turbotax is charging twice the price as in past years without any significant improvements to their software. In the past you could elect to avoid e-filing fees and print your return, no so anymore. When I attempted to leave a review about this concern, I found there is no where to leave a review on the Turbotax/Intuit website, meaning their advertised, shiny 5 star rating is a scam. I will never use a company again that price gouges and misrepresents their customer experience.

Horrible. DO NOT USE QUICKBOOKS. Flee in the other direction. Wish I'd come here before I signed on. Reprehensible customer support. Zero customer service. QuickBooks tells me they've deposited a payment made by my client. There is no deposit. I am to go on my merry way because they SAY they deposited funds. Tracking number? They don't have one. Reference number? They don't have one. Transaction ID? They don't have one. This is a company whose business is to manage people's money, yet they have ZERO cross reference IDs to ch... read more

QuickBooks was included with TurboTax last year (which was a pricy package). I recorded a few things in QuickBooks, but I can't recall what. When it was tax time, I signed on to do my taxes with TurboTax, and even picked the same options as last year. However when I needed to list itemized expenses recorded in QuickBooks, it would not allow me access, since the access expired in April. I processed a clients credit card over a month ago and I still cannot get the funds released from intuit. There is no option to actually speak with anyone and instead you have to use chat. I've chatted 10 times and still cannot get any answer.

If I could give Turbotax -100 stars, I would. I logged onto my turbotax account for the first time this year, at the beginning of tax season. When I logged on it stated that I had already filed my taxes. I had not put any information or numbers in yet so this was incorrect. What was filed said that I hadn't received any stimulus checks, which I did receive both. I was the. told I would just have to wait and amend them. So I waited and started the amending process.
